ZenSpace Meditation
Zen practice in the Japanese tradition
Editor’s Take
If you prefer structured, disciplined meditation over free-form approaches, Zen is your tradition. The zendo is beautifully maintained. The silence during sessions is complete and deeply nourishing.
About
ZenSpace brings traditional Japanese Zen practice to Bangkok. The zendo (meditation hall) follows traditional Japanese aesthetics — tatami, shoji screens, and minimal furnishings. Sessions follow the classical Zen format: zazen (seated meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), and occasional dharma talks. Free introductory sessions make it accessible to beginners.
